Orders & Delivery

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days with Tracking. For most shipments, please allow 4 – 7 business days for delivery depending on the country of destination and shipping method (Express shipping at check-out).

After your order is confirmed and the shipment is registered you will receive an email including tracking details.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within the same day or the next working day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please ensure that your email address is correct. Also, check your spam filter.

For delivery in the US, please refer to our terms and conditions – Taxes.
For delivery in the EU, VAT, and customs duty are included in the price.
For delivery outside the EU and the US, taxes have to be paid in your homeland.
Both VAT and customs duty differs between countries and we advise you to contact your customs office for more information.

Please contact us directly and we will send a notification once the item is back in stock.

As our deliveries require a signature, we do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, pick-up points or PO boxes.

Shipping

We deliver to most countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop-down menu at the checkout, please contact us we will try to find a solution for you.

We offer free standard worldwide shipping for any order > 400 USD.
For express shipping and on orders < 400 USD, we charge a small fee.

Yes, your parcel is insured during transit until arrival at your designated delivery address. A signature is required upon receipt.

Payment

Yes, we use SSL encryption to secure all data and payment information submitted through our website. In addition, we do NOT retain your payment information, even if you create an account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, JBC, Discover, CB, Diners Club.

Product size

Size matters. At least, with watches it does! Here is a guide to help you out to choose between our various case size offerings. Although most of our cases are 40.5mm and 43mm (for the Chrono). We also have the military pilot case: 43mm x 54mm (available for the 3 Hands date / Power Reserve Modules only). This case should be considered for the chart below as a 43mm.

Service & Maintenance

If your watch is in regular contact with water (swimming or showering), we recommend a maintenance service every 2 years to ensure proper water resistance and changing the main seals / gaskets.

Every 4 to 6 years, we recommend a complete service, which includes: disassembly, cleaning and replacing of standard movement parts, assembly, lubrication, changing all seals, partial changing of hands, and checking of water resistance.

Our watches are water-resistant up to 50 meters (165 ft). So you can swim with your TEKNON Watch.

However, TEKNON strongly recommends that bracelets other than metal bracelets and rubber straps not be used in water.

For diving, snorkeling, and water-skiing, for example, water-resistance up to 10 bars (100 m / 330 ft) would be required.
